Booking a Visit

The first treatment can last for 1.5 hours as this includes a 15-20 minutes consultation to go through medical history and any past or current injuries. This is then followed by a session of acupuncture which is then followed by a body alignment and or joint manipulation and depending on the extent of the injury or illness, then finished off with a massage.

Follow-up treatments do not include the consultation so will only last 1 hour. These are continued treatments from previous sessions. Certain injuries or illnesses will require more than one treatment.

This session does not involve acupuncture. It’s more focused on pressure points and trigger points release.

Moxibustion is a form of therapy that involves the burning of a moxa stick where the heat of the stick
is applied to the base of the mother’s foot to create heat in the body and encourages the baby to turn.
